| SHIPPING
All orders will ship via UPS. During check out you will determine which UPS
service you would like to use to ship your package. If your order weighs
over 150 pounds please contact us at customerservice@buyacase.biz so that we
may offer you a more cost effective means of shipment.
Orders placed before 12 p.m. Monday thru Friday will ship the same business
day, orders placed after 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday will ship the next
business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped within 48
hours.
When you place an order, you are responsible for providing www.buyacase.biz with
a complete and accurate delivery address. www.buyacase.biz does everything it
can to verify that the customer has entered their complete and correct
delivery address including asking you to verify it after it is entered. You,
the customer, also agree that anybody who is present at the delivery address
and who takes delivery of the products shipped by www.buyacase.biz is authorized
by you to do so.
www.buyacase.biz will make every effort to ensure that our products will be
shipped to you in a timely manner, however, we cannot be held liable for any
deliveries that arrive at the Customers delivery address late. Once the
order has been handed over to the carrier by www.buyacase.biz, we are not able
to control when the shipment will arrive at the specified delivery address.
All of the items that are available for purchase through www.buyacase.biz are
made pursuant to a shipment contract. What this means is that once we hand
off the products for delivery to a carrier, you bear the risk that the
products become lost.
You will be sent a UPS tracking number once you order has shipped that will
allow you to track your package via the Internet to ensure timely delivery.
RETURNS
Since it is our policy to only ship food items that are well within the
parameters of their dating and have ample shelf life; we will not accept any
returns of food items. In the instance that you wish to return a non-food
item please see our return policy below.
To submit a return
request you must contact us at customerservice@buyacase.biz within 24 hours
of the delivery of the product in order to be considered for a return. Once
24 hours have passed, the item(s) are non-returnable. The customer is
responsible for any shipping charges they incur in order to return the
product to BuyACase.biz, Inc and a 20% re-stocking fee.
If a return is authorized and once we receive the products that you are
returning, we will refund the charge for the cost of the product and any
applicable taxes that you paid or we will be glad to ship you out a
replacement. BuyACase.biz will not refund any part of the charge until the
returned products have been received in our warehouse. Shipping and Handling
charges on the order are non-refundable. |
